Our reception hours are Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00.
We will send you the access code on the day of arrival, as soon as the online check-in is completed..
An early check-in before 15:00 or a personal late check-in after 18:00 is possible depending on availability and costs €30.00 each.
Please check upon your arrival that everything is in order. If you notice anything unusual, please notify us immediately.

Non-smoking policy
Smoking is not permitted throughout the accommodation. Please use only the designated outdoor areas, if available. Cigarette waste must be disposed of properly.
Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior explicit consent. Unregistered pets may incur additional costs. Please ensure that furniture, beds, and textiles are not soiled or damaged by animals.
Parties and events
Parties, celebrations, and events are not allowed in the accommodation. The accommodation is for the private use of registered guests only.
Quiet hours
Please respect the neighbours and the community. Quiet hours must be observed particularly between 22:00 and 08:00. Loud music, noise on balconies, terraces, or in communal areas is not permitted during this time.
Maximum number of guests
The maximum number of guests must not be exceeded. Only the persons specified and registered at the time of booking may stay in the accommodation.
Handling of furniture and equipment
Please treat furniture, appliances, decorations, and all equipment with care. Furniture must not be rearranged or removed from the accommodation. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately.
Visit from external persons
External visitors are only allowed with prior consent. Overnight stays by unregistered persons are not permitted.
Pool or community rules
Please observe the rules of the residential complex, especially for the pool, garden, parking spaces, lifts and communal areas. Pool hours, noise protection and safety regulations must be adhered to at all times. Children may only use the pool under supervision.
If necessary, I can also formulate a stricter version with contractual character or a friendly version for Airbnb/guest manual.

- If you have locked yourself out, please contact us. We will then unlock your accommodation.Cost: €30.00. In the case of a lost key, we charge a flat fee of €75.00.
